Emergency Contact Not Showing in Phone Book on Watch

I see the same problem on my watch. 

Same here!

After removing this one contact from the emergency contact it did show up on the regular contact list...

This is eitther a bug or me not understanding the concept :)

This must be a bug. Otherwise it implies you can't have a regular contact be your emergency contact. Makes no sense to me, or I also can't grasp the concept.
