Lily is not tracking calories burned during activity

I am finding that my Lily is not consistently tracking my calories burned during exercise. This morning I did a short workout that I found pretty strenuous. My Lily tracked my heart rate as close to max for 12 minutes, but recorded my calories burned as only 24. Previous similar workouts have clocked in at a much higher calorie burn. This isn't the first time this has happened, and while it isn't constant, it's happening more and more often. Sometimes my watch doesn't register my real heart rate either -- it'll tell me I'm at 90 or 100 when I know it should be somewhere between 135 and 170 -- but this seems to be a separate problem and cleaning the sensor / tightening the strap usually resolves it.

Anyone have a fix for the calorie count issue?
