Lily 2 Black Screen

My Lily 2 screen stopped working. The device itself is still registering data, but there is nothing in the actual screen. Can I get a refund? Is there a recall I'm not aware of? I got it on January 2025, mere 4 months ago. I'm desperate for some information.
