Changing strap on Lily

I have been trying to change the strap on my Lily watch but to the tools just spin round and round and won't remove the pins. Very frustrating as the bands holding the strap down have snapped.

I’ve been having same issue

it doesn’t work

spoke to customer service hopeless

at This point I want to bin it and buy something else not from Garmin

Its a pin and a screw. You have to twist both ends of the pin opposite of each other to undo the screw.
