Steps to reproduce:
every Bluetooth connection failed (add as new device or connect to garmin app, also with different devices)
Steps to try to resolve:
- every step from FAQ Garmin Connect App Bluetooth Fehlerbehebung (with iPhone 15)
- again every step of FAQ with different device (Pixel 6)
- download / install garmin express + connect Lily to PC
- Update process with garmin express
- notification for new software "Lily Network Processor" (Version 2.90, size 199,95kB, changelog four times "NA")
- press install -> new file "E:\GARMIN\REMOTESW\gup4109.gcd"
- secure disconnect watch from PC
- follow upcoming update instructions on the watch several times
- show notification "Software-Updates sind verfügbar." Updates jetzt installieren?" -> yes
- "Neustart"

- garmin update icon (gearwheel with arrow down)
- garmin triangle
- show notification "Bluetooth-Software wurde aktualisiert."
- show still BLE-Version 0.00
