Lily Sport not charging at all.

I have a 2 years old Lily Sport which was working fine and just stopped charging one day. It is now dead. I bought a new charging cable to see if the cable has an issue but not charging with the new cable as well. Changed charging ports also but nothing is working.

How do I get it to start charging again?

I tried that before posting here. There is nothing in Garmin Support for this issue so tried calling the Support number. Stayed on the phone for 20 minutes but no body answered. Can I please get some assistance here.
