Garmin Lili not recording distance

My Garmin lili won’t start recording the distance I’m running, even though the timer is ticking away, the distance stays at zero… any ideas? If I put it to treadmill, it records a distance then but not on a normal run. Pls help!

Are you taking your phone with you? If you have an iPhone, is the Garmin Connect App open on your phone? Does the watch acquire GPS prior to starting the activity? You may want to review Using the Connected GPS Feature With a Garmin Watch

Yeah I’ve my phone with me, it’s connected to Bluetooth and the connect app comes up as if it’s all connected and good to go… but then I start to run and the distance stays at zero

I would reach out to Garmin Support for assistance. They have the ability to view your activity details and GPS tracking
