Lily won't stop vibrating

At 10pm my nightly alarm started. But there's nothing on the screen to turn off the alarm. The watch has been alarm vibrating for 15 min and I can't stop it. Please help!

It appears that charging it might make it stop. Also use Garmin Express to update the watch.

If nothing works, I recommend reaching out to Product Support through their website at https://support.garmin.com.

Thank you. I plugged it in as you suggested, and got a black screen for 5 min. Kind of scared me! But now it seems good to go. I appreciate your help.

This just happened to me as well. The “good morning” watch face was showing while the alarm came on and iI couldn’t clear the alarm so it just kept going no matter what i did. I scrolled through the morning notices but then had the regular options and it was still buzzing. I came here and learned to plug it in but that wont always be an option. This needs to be corrected.
