Garmin lily not connecting

My Garmin lily stopped syncing today so I turned Bluetooth on and off.

Followed online instructions to remove app and app back. Reset watch and now it will not connect to the app at all. 
get a little way then says it’s a problem with permission and I’ve check them all and nothing wrong.

All my watch keeps doing is trying to connect to the app.

Now I wish I didn’t click reset as now I have no watch.

    • Remove the watch from the Garmin Connect Mobile app in settings > Garmin Devices (if it exists)
    • Remove the watch from Bluetooth settings on your phone. If android - Bluetooth settings then "Unpair." If it's iPhone - "Forget" 
    • Restart your phone.
    • On your watch go to Menu > Settings > Bluetooth > Pair Phone to enter pairing mode.
    • On your phone, open the Garmin Connect app, select Menu > Garmin Devices > Add Device

    If nothing helps, contact Garmin Product Support.

  • I did all that and the watch finally connected then it started to connect and disconnect. 

    I've then today started to drop time and have tried again to reset with no luck in connecting to any device. Android or apple.
