my Lily sport says it’s on wheelchair mode but there’s no way to change this. I’m happy to be contacted by email. I have already deleted and reinstalled the app without it fixing the problem

Same issue here. My Lily is overcounting my steps, but when I try to set a custom stride length, it says I have to turn off wheelchair mode to do it. But I can't find any way to turn off wheelchair mode. So the Lily is pretty useless as a step counter. I guess I could set my height to something taller and see if that gets the step count closer to reality, but that might mess up other things and anyway, that kind of kluge should not be necessary!
Same issue here. Does anyone from Garmin even look at these forums? I'm so frustrated with this expensive piece of junk, wondering why my steps and distance are so far off. I finally found that my Stride has been measured in Stroke distance and there seems to be nowhere to turn wheelchair mode off. It doesn't even show up in the manual.
I finally figured out how to change it on the Garmin Connect site this morning. I haven't been able to check it, though, because on the the screws that holds the watchband on cam eout and I can't wear it. This thing is disappointing in almost every way. I'm trying to find the custom stride setting again to let you know, but it's eluding me at the moment. I can't believe no one from garmin ever answers or that they haven't given us any info on how to reset the stride length. I've switch back to Fitbit.
This website explains how to change the custom stride length on the Garmin Connect website: https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=RAsAiDCmNM2mxSkOcPQCQ8
It did enable me to change the stride length. I checked it quickly afterI changed it, but I haven't been able to check it more throoughly because as noted, the screw fell out AGAIN and this time I can't find it.

Should be fixed now - there is no way to turn off wheel chair mode
