Watch not turning on

If the watch is off, it will not turn on with the wrist gesture. It works only for the display, but the watch self must be on all the time. Otherwise, in case you meant just the display and not the watch, then I assume you turned on the wrist gesture in the options, and that you have also set correctly the left/right wrist you use. If nothing of it helps, I recommend contacting the Product Support.
