Inaccurate GPS and distance tracking

Does anyone have issues with their Lily GPS tracking? I have a Samsung phone and the software is up to date. I've tried everything from changing to setting to metric, keeping my Bluetooth and location on all the time, but whether it's walking or running the GPS doesn't track accurately at all as seen in the photos. Any thoughts?

    Hello, 

    I am experiencing the same problem and I have a Samsung phone. I tried running in several places (all of them open spaces with good signal, bluetooth and location on) however my garmin lily is not tracking accurately my distance and therefore affecting my running pace calculation.

    Hello,

    I am also experiencing the same problem. I recently switched from iphone to Samsung and at first tracking was working perfectly fine on my new device, however in a couple of weeks time it started showing incorrect data (say a walk that was no less than 6km appears as less than 2 km).

    Hello! Same issue here! Had Samsung and worked fine, then switched to other Samsung and cannot track an activity correct. I have even tried to run with the mobile on hand to help gps but had no luck. The map was like the above.

    I think just fixed it! Turned off Power Saving and Gps worked perfect on activity! Hope it helps you too!!!
