Bluetooth disconnection

I bought Lily about a week ago and my watch keeps disconnecting from my phone when I close the app on my phone and I don't receive any notifications, I checked what was advised about 3 years ago on the forum regarding Garmin express and I did it step by step which wasn't helpful. I am surprised that this problem hasn't been solved for more than 3 years and for a product with this price range and I am really disappointed. I don't know if there is any new solution, I would appreciate if you could help me with this issue.
