Garmin lily body battery

Had a Garmin lily for a few weeks but the body battery doesn’t seem to work properly and doesn’t even charge up whilst I’m wearing overnight and had 7.5 hours sleep

That’s after 7.5 hours sleep and this is how it generally looks

That explains why you don't recharge the body battery.

The question is why you got that high stress during sleep. I only get that high during sleep from alcohol.

I didn’t have any alcohol & it often looks like this.

Do you have any nights with all blue? What is the difference between those nights and these ones? It is what you do before you go to sleep that gives stress during sleep. Do you exercise late?

Very boring - journal, read & hot chocolate at night. I exercise in the morning.

There are medical conditions that cause it and some medications.

No medications and no medical conditions that I know of

Depending on what brand of hot chocolate, could be some caffeine content. Could have an impact on some individuals.
