65535 day streak

Hello,

I have a Garmin Lily. For months now if I do not hit my step goal, the next day on my daily report it tells me my streak is 65535 days. I saw that this was an issue in the past, however I have had at least two software updates since this began and nothing has changed.

Is your Lily updated to the latest version? I recall this error from a year ago.

Yes. It just had an update a month or two ago.

Best to contact Garmin Product Support directly using the Garmin Support Center. Suggest chat or call, availability will depend on your location and time of day. Alternatively, you can email [email protected], but don't expect a quick response and resolution using that method.

Another option, if you want to try without contacting support is to reset to factory defaults: Restoring All Default Settings

This is a software error where all the watch can do is display the number 65535. It also happens on other devices, not just Garmin.

Same EXACT thing is showing up on my Garmin Lily. I was so proud! Plus that means I'm almost ... 200 years old? cool! (65,535 ÷ 365 = 179.547945205)
