Lily screen won't turn on

Lily watch is fully charged. The screen then turns on once taking it out of the charger. But as soon as the screen times out, it can only be turned on again by plugging it back in to the charger. And repeat of turning off. I also tried having 'always one' gesture, but it still doesn't remain on. I also turned off live activity tracking, and still no luck. I've seen numerous old threads mentioning software updates will come, but there have many many software updates since.

The watch is only 13 months old.

Does anyone have advice on how to fix this? Very sad to not have my watch Disappointed

  • I have the same problem from the day I bought it (almost 1 year ago, lost patience with it and shelved it until now waiting for Garmin to solve this issue), finally managed to update the firmware to v11.10 as directed by customer service, but the issue persist.

    The moment I unplug the watch from the USB cable, it switches off (black screen and disconnects from Garmin Connect).
