I have have my Garmin Lily for just over a month, it is now frozen on a white triangle.
I am unable to charge or reset.
Is there some way to rectify this issue?

To resolve this issue, please reach out to your local Garmin Product Support team.
My wife’s Lily also showed the white triangle after battery appeared to have run out (at least the screen was black) and she connected it to the charger.
I noticed the 7.20 would not provide you with a solution, but just ask you to get your watch replaced.
I connected it to Garmin Express on my macbook, but it could not find the watch. While still connected I held the ‘button’ on the screen. The screen would go black for a second as-if it was resetting. After the 2nd or 3rd time the display showed the time again an reconnected to the app. The watch seems to function normally again and can now also be found by Garmin Express.
