Changing Fahrenheit to Celsius on Garman Lily

How do I change the setting in Fahrenheit from Fahrenheit to Celsius on my Garmin Lily? I have tried everything in settings. It is in metric like I have found on your Q&A page but it’s still not working . I am in Australia

Change the setting back and forth. Remember to back out of the settings so the new setting syncs and then change the setting again.
