Lily Sport won't respond respond to gesture being on.

My Garmin Lily sport will not wake up with geature turned on and in high sensitivity or low. How do I fix this? I just purchsed the watch and can't always reach over to tap and wake it up.

I am returning it today. After multiple updates and having it a month it still wont work. Not worth it. I got a vivoactive 4s in its place and its amazing!
