the triangle of death on my Lily.

I have the triangle of death on my Lily. I have tried to recharge as normal via powerpoint and also via computer. to no avail.

If you started experiencing the triangle screen on or after April 25, please see Lily (Classic and Sport) Frozen on Triangle Screen After 7.20 Software Update. If you experienced this screen before this date, please reach out to your local support for further troubleshooting and/or possible exchange options.
