My Lily stops recording the walking activity after exactly 6 kilometers. Sometimes it will show the map after syncing, but that is bonus if and when it happens.
Software for both Garmin Connect and Lily are on the latest versions. Resetting the device helps, but one never knows when it has decided "You've walked far enough for now"...
I am considering chucking this device (or my husband will give it a few hammer blows) due to its unreliability.
What/who/where can we go to get this fixed?
The device was a gift from family in the UK meant to be used as an activity tracker.
