Garmin lily cannot measure heart rate

I have bought a garmin lily sport and received it yesterday. It was working fine. This morning I quickly recharged it, but when I put it back on I noticed that measuring the heart rate does not work. It says it is 'measuring' but does not show a value anymore. Also I don't see the green light at the back so maybe it is related to this? Hopefully you can help me. Thanks in advance.

May we, if necessary, have permission to email you?
May we, if necessary, have permission to view/access your Garmin Connect account?
In what country do you live?
Could you please attach a photo of what you're seeing on the watch?

I have the exact same problem with a Garmin lily classic. It arrived yesterday, tracked through the night and now nothing..
