Problem with connection to Garmin Connect

Hi, I gave two Garmin Lily watches for Christmas. Both watches have the latest fw 6.20. And both watches have a problem connecting to the Samsung and Xiaomi phones with Android 11. The watch disconnects several times a day and the only way to reconnect them to the Garmin Connect is to restart them, which means to have a cable and a charger with you. And that's the problem when you want to go running and you need to have a phone with connected GPS. I thought it might be a problem on phone side, but my phone works fine with Garmin Instinct and Lily disconnects over and over and over again.

Has anyone encountered this problem? Some idea? 

  • I've the exact same problem  gave my gf one as christmas gift, it's a nightmare to have it recconect again. Done every troubleshooting step there is ,both on phone and watch  with no success. It's beyond stressful.
