Lily - Wrong time

hi - the lily has been off by 20 minutes for the last week, i have synced repeatedly on garmin express as the faq suggests. has not worked.  

i bought this so i could keep bluetooth off, but i won't keep it if the time doesn't track accurately.  any suggestions?
