My Lily does not track biking activity

My lily does not track biking activity.  I double tap to start and when I finish my ride it will show me the time but 0.0km in distance.  This is one of many challenges I am having with the Lily.  I stopped using the GPS because it didn't connect properly.  Now this.  All suggestions welcome.

    In order to get distance data for your outdoor bike activities, a GPS connection is required.  You will need to follow the steps in the FAQ below:

    If you are having trouble connecting to GPS, I encourage you to start a new thread stating the specific problem/error that you're seeing.
    Additionally, you may have a faster resolution by reaching out directly to your local Garmin Product Support team via telephone.  To do this, type "support.garmin.com" in your address bar and use the Garmin Support Center to research your issue.  Once you get far enough in the search, you will see (at the bottom of the page) some contact options, which may include Call, Chat, and Email.
