Garmin Lily not working - still

I can see the issues with the Garmin Lily are still ongoing. I am on my second as I returned the first one. The replacement watch was just as faulty, screen freezing whilst exercising, watch not counting steps and turning itself off, heart rate and stress not recording. I would wear my old watch at the same time and see a huge difference in the lack of steps and other monitoring that the Lily didn’t record. 
Every so often I reconnect it to the app and to the express thinking the software updates would improve the watch but same issues keep on occurring. I spent a lot of money on this watch and now it sits in a draw and I’m back to using my vivoactive. This for me has been going on for over a year! With no improvements to the watch I feel the product should have a recall and refunds issued.
