Lily battery drain

I have been very happy with the Lily that I’ve bought for my partner, until recently when the battery started to drain like crazy.

It use to last the advertised 5 days, but now can barely make it through 2 days.

This problem also happened very suddenly and not like a gradual degradation of battery, so I suspect it has something to do with the new firmware. Currently on 6.20 btw.

Yeah, charged it Monday, currently empty again. The charge before was fine (lasted a little over 4 days) on the same software version (6.20 here as well).

Any update? This is such a sudden & substantial issue that I imagine a lot of user would get.

I have had my Lily for less than 3 weeks. In that time it has held a charge for a maximum 3 days. But in the last week it doesnt last more than a day. Last night I charged around 8pm to 100% this morning i woke up and it is at 12%. Is my watch defective?

For me it's back to being normal again. The heavy discharge seemed to have coincided with an update of the Garmin Connect App as well, so maybe that was the reason for me.

My lily goes flat overnight, since coming to the tropics (with higher daytime temps) my watch turns off randomly, the battery drains very quickly!! Any help?
