Garmin Lily Drained quickly

I have my garmin lily watch for only less than a month now and I am experiencing some issues already:

1.) I charged it last night and it got fully charged, removed from my wrist for sleeping and when i got up this morning, it's already with 34% battery. Nothing has been done over the sleep time.

2.) The sensor just got stopped without me knowing why, when I face my lily watch it was supposed to automatically wake up for me to be able to see the time but now, I still need to tap it twice before I can see the time, i did not change anything in my settings.

3.) The battery life is supposed to last for 5 days as indicated in the user manual but what I am experiencing now is it would only take not longer than 2 days.

Any solutions?

  • I am also having issues with very low battery life.   I charged it before I went to bed.   Wore it to monitor my sleep cycle.  It's 59%.  I'll have to charge again today.   I have vibration off.
