Lily unable to connect to iPhone gps and other problems: support, please help!

This is similar to questions brought up a year ago but I cannot get my brand new Lily to connect to gps on my iPhone, despite newest software on both devices. I literally just got this watch yesterday and have not been able to connect to GPS once. I’m wondering if this also impacts the automatic activity tracking, because I just went on a 20 min walk and it has not registered the activity.

I noticed my battery has also gotten down to 60% in just 12 hours. This doesn’t seem normal given how long you advertise the battery lasting. It’s one of the reasons I bought the watch. Is this a settings issue?

Lastly, the auto watch face is not turning on when I tilt my wrist to look at the watch.

So far I’m pretty bummed about this purchase, even though I love the look of the watch. Please help me sort through this so I don’t have to return it!! I want to love the watch.
