Lily Not Coming Up In Bluetooth Menu or Recognized by Computer or Garmin Express

My Lily is not showing up in my phone's bluetooth menu. I tried it on another phone and a notification comes up via Connect to enter the PIN to connect, but no PIN shows up on the phone.

I thought I'd see if it needs a software update. But, since it won't connect to Connect I can't do it through there.

I downloaded Garmin Express on my computer and can't find the Lily in the menu (although I could be missing something - what group of Devices would it be under?) It also isn't showing up under connected devices, it says "Unknown Device, Driver is Unavailable" 

I tried looking for Lily Drivers but have no clue how to install those.

  • Hello .  I'm sorry for the delayed response and for the issues that you're having.  It sounds like, because of the multiple issues that you're experiencing, your best course of action will be to contact your local Garmin Product Support team.

    To do this, type "support.garmin.com" in your address bar and use the Garmin Support Center to research your issue.  Once you get far enough in the search, you will see some contact options, which may include Call, Chat, and Email.
