My Garmin Lily has recently started 'starting an activity' for no reason. Any suggestions to rectify this problem?

My Lily watch has recently started randomly starting activity even when I'm just sitting reading. It happens a couple of times in a row and I have to delete the activity. Looking for suggestions as to why this has just started happening.

Mine has stopped doing it now. I can't quite remember what I did, but I think I connected it to the Garmin Express app and checked for updates, etc.

Have you checked Move IQ and Auto Activity Start settings?

Move IQ
Allows you to turn on and off Move IQ events. The Move IQ feature automatically detects activity patterns, such as walking and running.

Auto Activity Start
Allows your device to create and save timed activities automatically when the Move IQ feature detects you have been walking or running for a minimum time threshold. You can set the minimum time threshold for running and walking.
