How do I reset lily

My Lily is reporting high stress in sleep mode and consequently the body battery readings have bottomed out at 5 for the last week.

How do I do a reset?

    Please check out our Body Battery FAQ and let me know if you have any questions. You can reset the Lily by the instructions listed below...however I do not recommend that before you go over the article. If you reset the watch you will need to allow at least one week for your watch to re-learn your body.

    1. Press the small circle to view the menu.
    2. Select  >  Settings > System > Reset.
    3. Select an option:
      • To reset all of the watch settings to the factory default values and save all user-entered information and activity history, select Reset Default Settings.

      • To reset all of the watch settings to the factory default values and delete all user-entered information and activity history, select Delete Data and Reset Settings.

    4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
    5. Un-pair from your Connect app and Bluetooth menu on your phone. Then, re-add the watch to your Connect app.
