Change weather temp to celsius

How do I change garmin lily temperature to celsius? I have already changed the app to metric but the watch is still Fahrenheit

Same! I could not find how to change to Celsius. I’ve spent hours without finding out ! Anyone can help? (Vivoactive 4s)
