Malfunction changing weather to Celsius on my Lily?

Malfunction changing weather to Celsius on my Lily? Have set to metric & is still in Fahrenheit, have tried changing it back to statute & metric again & re-synced with no luck?

If no-one can help can someone tell me where to find warranty claims lodgement so I can send it back? The garmin "find help" section is useless & the store I bought from said it has to go back to garmin direct. Thanks.
