Why does watch vibrate for no reason?

I keep getting phantom vibrations, I look at the screen and there's no notification, nothing, I just see the clock. What is causing the watch to vibrate when I'm sitting and doing nothing? And no it's not the move alert because I turned that off.  I have so many issues with this watch it's not even funny. I'm considering going back to the Vivosmart 4 watch,  but I like the look of this one.

    My Lilly still does this. See if you can get in touch with Garmin-Sierra (upthread). She tried to help me but I struggled to get my watch's data uploaded to her. I'd love to get a solution to this!

    I know this is an old thread but I am just researching this issue amd figured I'd start here instead of starting a new thread. 
    Move alert is not on. It happens more than once a day at random times.

    Thanks for replying because this is still an unresolved issue for me! I hope they get a solution to it.  I think when notifications are on it does two vibrates and when going into DND it goes to one vibrate. Super annoying. That's my latest theory after dealing with this for so many months.

    At first I thought it was notifications but nothing is ever there. Even when there is something that I should get a notification for nothing happens which is a whole other issue. 

    And I don't have DND set. 

    I think I need to start logging the times it happens to see if I can find a pattern.

    I also have the same issue with my new Lily watch (purchased 21April). Random vibrate throughout day with no light on screen and no notification - Garmin please look into this issue with your lily watch - I’m in Australia and you have permission to email and access Garmin connect account

    My random buzzing is not related to the morning report (which is turned off).  I get buzzes everyday at 3:15PM PT but there are also random ones throughout the day.

    This has been an issue for me as well... I am going to try a few things from this thread but from what I've seen, it won't do much...

    I just came to see if there’s any resolution to this issue too. I’ve been following for several months since that has been happening for me. It only happens once a day for me, and it will be at the same exact time for a few days, then switch to another time for a few days. It’s been in the 9-11 pm range for a couple of weeks now.  Please help, Garmin!  I’m in the US, you may email me and access my account.
