Lily a defective product?

Is Garmin going to acknowledge the Lily is a defective product at some point?  Based on the plethora of messages in here the watch is filled with bugs.  As I have previously stated my wife’s brand new Lily froze on our first run together and ever since needs to be reset at least every other day.  Anytime the battery gets below 40% it stops syncing and GPS pair with phone always freezes it.

when contacting Garmin the best they can do is tell us to wait until it is in stock then return the defective watch.  This is discouraging because I already bought the watch for good money.  If it is defective why should we be without a watch for any period of time.....you already have my money.

is anyone else having Lily issues and getting the runaround?

I am discouraged because I have a Venu that I love but am really struggling to stay with a company that won’t make this right.

ex:  last year I had a broken Nalgene bottle that was replaced no questions asked.  New bottle in the mail ASAP.  Roka sunglasses with a cracked lense replaced with another pie no questions asked.

  • My Lily watch is 4 days old and I am having issues the tapping function does not work to wake the watch up nor does the wrist motion. It is not tracking steps accurately if at all anymore. This is completely frustrating, wish I had read the comments on this forum forum before buying the damn thing!
