Swipe and other functions not working

I just got my Lily watch in the mail and followed set-up instructions, but all my watch does is show analog clock and activity and constantly flashes between them. Kind of like it has a glitch.

HI there! Can you please sync the device with the Garmin Express on the computer and update the device. If you are still experiencing any issues can you let me know.
