Garmin lily

Have had my device for about 2 weeks. After a few days the body battery stop charging stuck at 5 for 3 days and the stuck at 0 for about a week. and always high stress levels even when I'm sleeping. Seems like this is a common problem for this watch

Having the same issue again after a reset. Has to reset because it would not sync. It's been 10 days and still stick at 5.
