Constantly trouble shooting, battery is not as advertised, constantly disconnects!!!

I bought this for my wife on the 31st January just after it was released. 

I have the had the forerunner 235 and now have the fenix 6 pro that I am really happy with, so was certain that the garmin would perform as advertised, I've been severely disappointed. 

1st the battery life is 2 days at best, yes checked all the forums, latest software 4.2, pulse ox has always been off, screen brightness is low, still not the advertised 5 days. 

2nd is the connection to the phone keeps dropping out multiple times a day, connected to iPhone SE keeps loosing connecting super frustrating.

3nd is the wildly inaccurate step count looks to be around double of what is actually done when compared to fenix 6 pro, iPhone and the fact that you have around 500 steps after getting out of bed and walking down the stairs. 

4th the touch screen doesn't respond sometimes which is just the cherry on the cake when you already frustrated when it is not syncing. 

We have been in contact with tech support before over the body battery issues and battery in watch. 

At this point the only resolution we would like is a refund as it is not up to task and is clearly a faulty product as witnessed by the number of views in the forums. 

If you could please assist with the refund process.
