Lily stops syncing

Hello,

I recently purchased a lily for my wife.  Since we have had it there has been nothing but issues.  Freezing when doing outdoor activities was the first one, randomly freezing screen was the next issue, now most recently her watch will randomly not sync with her phone.  This has happened 7 times in the last two days and always requires a restart by attaching to charger. Is there something in the works for the product that is clearly flawed or do I need to return the watch.  I have loved my Venu but this Lily has been riddled with problems from the first use.  She is ready to go back to her fitbit.

Beforw the typical responses come in....yes everything is up to date on both iPhone and watch.
