How to turn these notifications off?!

(I've looked in the forums and the instructions give don't seem to work for either the Lily). I've restarted the phone and watch and this doesn't help

Hello! Just to verify you have gone into the bluetooth connection alert on the Garmin Connect app and turned this off and it is still doing the same thing? If so, can we try to remove your device from Garmin Connect and re-add it?
