New watch won't start normally

Hello, I just shipped a Venu Sq Music edition from Dubai. My screen only shows a QR code (which cannot be read) and an ESN number when i start it. Any ideas what to do? I'm in Kenya

HI there! I am so sorry to see this has happened. If you are seeing a QR code this device needs to be exchanged. If you need assistance with locating the support number just let me know and I can look into where you need to contact.
