Lily will not connect to Android GPS

I have followed the instructions and have allowed location permission settings on my android, ensured Bluetooth is on, and have the latest 3.50 software installed.  

I have had my phone for about a month and have never been able to connect it to GPS.  I am ensuring I am outside with a clear view of the sky when trying to do this.

Advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you

    Hello! Does your location setting have an "Allow all the time" feature? If so, can we make sure that is turned on as well. What message does the watch give you when it is trying to connect to GPS?

    Thankyou for your reply. 

    I managed to connect it yesterday, no sure what I did differently but the "allow all the time" was already on. I am glad it's now working, thanks.
