Black screen, not with beautiful symbol

Hello sorry for my bad english. I buy a lily for my wife but the wallpaper on the watch are black, not with symbol like in video. Can you help me? I searched in settings and garmin connect but i didn't find. Thanks

I tried different level of brightness but result is the same. Only brightness of characters change.

And the battery is low in 1 day(not 5 day like in documentation). Normal utilisation with just 1 hour bike.

The watch have a problem no?
