Black screen, not with beautiful symbol

As we can see, all is black. We can't see this

When the screen's light isn't on, do you see the normal background or is it still black? If you scroll between any of the screens, do you only ever see the black background? Do you notice the same issue in different kinds of lighting? 

When the screen is off, it is not black, but it is very very dark. We can see symbols only with a direct light. (lamp or sun)

It the same things for all menu and differents screen.

Okay, what brightness level is set on the watch? Changing the levels on this will impact how the watch face shows up, if you lower the brightness and look at it in more direct light, it will help. However, with the display on, the design on the lens will be less noticeable.
