I can’t find the weather widget on my new Lily to change temperature change from F to Celsius. I’ve tried in the app and the watch itself but can’t work out how it’s done. Is this a fault?

I had this same issue, the advice garmin gives is wrong. It’s not in the app settings. You go … (more), garmin devices, click on your watch, general settings, change the measurements over from statute to metric. Then sync watch under main menu. Changing the measurements on the app main settings doesn’t sync over to the watch. Had this issue for weeks and could only find people saying the advice garmin gave doesn’t work, so thought I should post it as I stumbled across this by accident. 
Try this instead. The advice garmin gives is incorrect follow steps below. Worked for me.
