Hello all. Sometimes it happens that treadmills of poor quality lose their settings and your situation may be the result of problems with the treadmill. I would advise you to initially buy a high-quality treadmill and be sure that there will be no problems with it. I bought mine 3 years ago and work out in the morning every day. I have never had any failures or breakdowns, although I am quite actively engaged and use all its features. So pay attention to your treadmill, maybe it's just worth replacing.
