Hi there! I know its brand new and its not ideal, can I have you reset the device to factory settings then go back and pair the device and add the treadmill activity again from the app?
Also, the App just released an update, can you be sure the app is up to date.
I am having the same problem and as far as I am aware, the watch is up to date as I just accepted an update before I began to use the watch
Hi, did you manage to sort out the treadmill app? I have tried all of the above and still can’t get it on my watch
OK, lets reset the device, remove the pairing and add it back! Then add the treadmill activity from the app and sync the device.
What I did was to remove all of the activities, except walk and run which can't be removed, and then reinstall the ones I wanted. So, I sync after they were removed, then reinstall and sync.

This worked for me. Much quicker and easier than going back to factory settings.
