Hello! When you are trying to use the music control widget, what happens? Do you click play and nothing happens on your phone's music?  In regards to Connect IQ, the Lily is not compatible with the Connect IQ store so it will not show up in the app.

Okay, have you started playing a song on your phone first then tried using the controls on your watch? 

Yes, actually I tried both ways. I thought it may be related to consents, but even when all confirmed, still doesn't work

Okay and just to verify, when you do this, the watch is connected to the Garmin Connect app at this time?

Yes, it is paired and connected

So, what is the outcome? Cause it doesn't work here either whick sucks and is unacceptable foor a watch with this price tag
