I chose Treadmill as a Activity Option Widget in the app, but it doesn't appear on watch

I can choose Treadmill as an Activity Option in the app (just like Yoga, Bike, Elliptical, etc.) but of all the options, after it syncs to my watch, the Treadmill option doesn't show up? Please help!

Hello! Please make sure your watch and Garmin Connect app are up to date. If you are still seeing this issue after both are up to date please let me know.
